If you are successful on an attack on any of the target's while the spell is up, the target will be frightened of you and will only attack you if cornered. Otherwise the target will try to stay as far away from you while still being able to attack your allies. If they do attack you, they suffer -10 on their attack rolls.
The fear will last as long as you concentrate for a maximum of 3 rounds.
