A compact, integrated system that compensates for weapon kickback, eliminating penalties on multiple ranged attacks.
If you attack a second time (and potentially third time) in a combat round, the penalty to the extra attack is lowered by 10 (standard 50, 100 etc).
For each 15 success rate, the penalty is lowered by an extra 10.
For each extra AP spend initially, the duration is +1 round.
