You channel your own movement into your ranged weapon, converting kinetic energy from running, sliding, or vaulting into amplified projectile force at the moment of firing. Only works in short range and for weapons that does not require you to stand still (such as the Warbow and Composite Bow and heavier rifles).
If you in the same battle round have moved prior to your shot, you can roll d100 and add +5 to your next attack per Action Point you have spend on movement and movement skills.
For each +20 success rate you can add +5 to your attack per action point spend.
