You instantly attack a target within range with your skill bonus from this spell. 1 time per round you can make the fist reappear within range to attack an opponent of your choice.
In the first round cast, this counts as an attack, but in the following rounds, it does not count as an attack (thus you can make an attack with no penalty besides this).
However, you must roll a successful spell attack to hit each round you concentrate.
