The Soudji Contract. A Noaidi Enforcer can ask for food, shelter and accommodation from any local ruler. The Noaidi Order will expect the local ruler to provide any basic necessity and assist the Enforcer in his mission.
Maksú - The Right to Enforce. The Noaidi Enforcer is sanctioned by the Conclave to expedit their judgements. While carrying out their missions for the Conclave they stand above the local laws and authorities.
Maksú - The Duty to Enforce. A Noaidi Enforcer is under the obligation to investigate any unsanctioned use of magic and report to the Capital Narthos.
Siehku - The Oath of Virtue. A Noaidi Enforcer may never compromise his loyalty to the Conclave. He cannot accept gifts or rewards for the use of his powers - except for those pertinent to the completion of his mission.
