Louktu City is famous for its Red Tower. The Tower has been specialising in combat spells (for the Circus) for more than 300 years.
The Red Tower of Louktu presides over the coastal valley of Louktu on a high rocky outcrop. Access to the tower is through the poor outskirts clinging to the fertile cliffs next to the barren, windblown plateau. There’s a breathtaking elevator trip from downtown reserved for high level guests.
The tower is a round building 10 stories high with a central courtyard of 25 m radius.
