Louktu City

Louktu City is an old, originally human settlement founded in the year 240 when the Burshan Treaty was signed ending the Great Burshan War, also known as the Wildfire War (year 176-240). Present day is year 1852.

The settlement was originally built as a trading and military habour for what was called The Legion. An army that gained foothold in southern Burshan after the arrival of the “first settlers” in year 0 (human calendar).

In the year 890 Louktu became an independent city state ruled by the “Bláddi”, a Voudji Clan with strong ties to the Goulli Sailors Guild. After a series of tumultuous years with incompetent leaders, the citizens of Louktu rebelled and seized power of both the city and the surrounding region, turning it into a democratic republic in the year 1033.
