The pride of Louktu’s engineering, The Thunderworm is a marvel of Akkadian ingenuity and human industry. Its sleek, steel cars emit a low, rhythmic pulse, like a heartbeat, as it glides along the tracks, its headlights cutting through the gloom.

• Design: The train’s exterior is a mix of riveted steel and reinforced glass, allowing passengers to glimpse the flickering tunnel walls as they speed by. The front car is shaped like a serpent’s head, a nod to the Goulli Guild’s emblem, and its "eyes" are twin arcs of blue electricity.
