The Silent Hands of Stillness are the rarest and most disciplined extension of the Silent Chorus—individuals who embody silence not just as presence, but as action. Where the Echoes observe and the Drifted wander, the Silent Hands move. They intervene without spectacle, disarm without violence, and restore balance without needing recognition. Every gesture is precise. Every decision, measured. They are sent not to dominate, but to end things cleanly—conflict, suffering, escalation, or decay.
Chosen only after years of silent service and tested through moments that fracture lesser minds, the Silent Hands are trained in deep martial control, ritual healing, and emotional neutralization. They are equally at home among diplomats, dying rulers, or volatile anomalies. Some call them peacekeepers. Others, executioners in robes of calm. Whatever name they are given, their role is clear: to act only when stillness is no longer enough. Then, with one motion, they end what cannot continue—and fade before words can follow.
No noisy weapons (guns, grenades etc.)
Stillness Without Weakness: You can remain unmoving for hours without fatigue, your awareness sharp. Others who try to outwait you will falter first.
Touch Without Threat: You can place your hand on a weapon, a wound, or a trembling shoulder, and convey stillness instead of alarm. Your contact disarms tension and lower aggression in level 1 creatures or creatures half your level or lower.
You May Not Strike the Unaware: Even if violence is justified, you are not permitted to harm those who are unaware, unarmed, or unable to understand the choice they face.
You May Not Speak Falsehood: You are forbidden from knowingly stating anything untrue, regardless of intent, cost, or consequence. Even white lies break the stillness.
